Clinic Manager - Lamar Medical

Supporting the Mission and Core Values of ACCESS Family Care, the individual in this position will work cooperatively with the Provider(s) and all staff members; supporting a team effort at our clinics, serving our customers and striving to achieve our Mission through our Core Values established for the special needs of our patients.  The Clinic Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising the day to day activities of the Clinic and ensuring our clinics operations meet the guidelines established for Access Family Care.  The individual in this position will work cooperatively with Practitioners, other Clinic Managers, and all staff members; supporting a team effort and promoting a positive management presence at all worksites. 

Previous clinical skills preferred.  Excellent customer service skills are required.  Two to Three years related healthcare management experience is preferred.  The individual must possess tact and patience along with a professional appearance and attitude. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills are required. The ability to build and support a good working Team is a must.  RN or LPN preferred.
